Astonished West Leeds family scoops free Costa Brava holiday
26th February 2010
When Bramley couple Ryan Longley, Kirsty White and baby Archie boarded a Ryanair’s flight from Leeds Bradford Airport to Spain’s Girona today, they had no idea they would be offered a free holiday before the flight was out.
It was all thanks to the fact that the Longley family were the 25th million customers to board the popular Ryanair route between Leeds Bradford and Girona airport - something which the airline saw as a landmark worth celebrating.
Ryanair’s Laura McCormack takes up the story:
“Ryanair was delighted to celebrate delivering its 25 millionth passenger to Barcelona Girona airport. Ryan, Kirsty and Archie who were flying from Leeds Bradford to Girona were the lucky 25th millionth passengers. To mark the occasion, we gave them a gift of Ryanair flights for another trip to Barcelona Girona and hotel accommodation at the fabulous four star Hotel Grèvol de Llanars.”
