Getting to and from Leeds Bradford Airport
Leeds Bradford Airport is located in the rural North Leeds suburb of Yeadon and is often referred to as ‘Yeadon Airport’ by locals.
As a bustling regional airport serving an area extending from Huddersfield in the West to York in the East, it is well equipped with transport links to provide West Yorkshire’s holidaymakers and business people with easy access.
Accessing the airport by car
Leeds Bradford Airport is located on the A658 just outside the centre of Yeadon and is well sign-posted from the nearby A65, A660 and A6120. It’s also clearly marked from the region’s motorways -the M62, M1 and A1M.

Accessing the airport by bus
The 757 airport bus service provides direct access to the airport every 30 minutes or so from Leeds city bus and rail stations. It can also be picked up in Kirkstall, Horsforth, Rawdon and Pool as it makes its way towards the airport.
The 747 airport bus service provides a direct link to Leeds Bradford Airport from Bradford Interchange bus and rail stations and runs every 30 minutes or so. You can also catch the 737 service from Bradford Interchange which goes via Shipley, Guiseley and Yeadon once an hour.
The 767 airport bus service from Harrogate bus station provides a direct link from the town centre to Leeds Bradford airport every hour and a half. This service can also be picked up in Pannal, Huby and Pool as it makes its way towards the airport.
Accessing the airport by train
The nearest train stations to the airport are Guiseley and Horsforth where buses can be picked up to take you on the last stage of your journey. There is also an excellent bus connection service available from Leeds and Bradford city train stations via the 757 and 747 airport bus services.
Plans for a new airport train station are reputed to be underway as an extension to the current Leeds to Harrogate line, so watch this space!
